Basketball is a window of opportunity for these athletes. We are also aware that most of them will not be able to pursue a professional career. Due to this fact, we find it imperative to impart them with life skills.

    We want all the athletes to see different options, whether it be a prep school, college or University. We hope this will give them clarity and also give them something to strive for.

  We ensure to expose our athletes to the best competition at their age level.

Who benefits?

• Youth

  • Our program is catered to youth between the ages of 12 and 17 years old.

• Disadvantaged

  • The athletes come from a wide range of socio economic backgrounds. 54% of participants expressed difficulty in paying the fee, of those 19% where unable to do so. Our female athletes experience greater difficulties than are male athletes.

• Diverse

  • 84% of our youth are from a diverse background. Amongst those athletes, 69% of them identify as Black.

• Boys and Girls

  • We have 22 girls in the program and 40 boys. The number will grow each year as we continue to add more teams.
